King of the Universe

Cindy Arora November 5, 2024

God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. Acts 17:24 NKJV

The news media (if they can be believed) tells us that more than ever Americans fear for the state of our nation if their candidate doesn’t win the election.

If that is you, I am here to encourage you: King Jesus is still on the throne! With everything that is going on around us, it may not seem like it. However, King Jesus’ Kingdom is spiritual, not physical. Hence, He is largely ignored in the world today. Popular media never mentions Him. And yet, the only reason they take their next breath is because He wills it.

No matter which candidate wins the race, God’s plans cannot be thwarted. Yes, evil continues to flourish, but not for long. In the fullness of time, God will bring all things together in Christ – things in the heavens and things on the earth (Eph. 1:10).

God announced His Kingdom with the birth of the God-man, Jesus Christ. The Kingdom is here! Since God’s Kingdom is spiritual, it is only available to the precious few who have chosen King Jesus as their Lord and Savior. That’s about to change.

The King is coming again soon. At that point, free choice ends. Every knee will bow to the King of the Universe. Every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord (Phil. 2:10-11).

King Jesus will ride in on His white horse and physically rule and reign on the earth for 1000 years (Rev. 20:14). He will expel all darkness and right all wrongs.

At the end of that millennium, there will be a new heaven and a new earth in which there is no sea of sinful humanity (Rev. 21:1). King Jesus will finally dwell with His pure and spotless bride (Rev. 21:2). We will not remember this contentious election or any other painful thing (Rev. 21:4). We will be too busy rejoicing with our King.

Praise God for King Jesus – King of the Universe. Long live the King!

Big News — A Decade of Blogging & a Bold New Chapter!

Next year marks 10 years—yes, a whole decade!—of posting my weekly blog. Can you believe it? I'm celebrating this milestone in a BIG way!

Drumroll, please… My website is getting a complete transformation, inside and out—including a brand-new name: Heart Fire Studio. 🔥🎨

This new name captures the essence of who I am and what drives me: a heart burning with passion for the Lord and a deep well of creativity that He continues to grow in me. While my art will still be infused into the heart of everything I create, it will now be tucked away like hidden treasure—for you to discover as you explore!

My mission remains the same: to inspire deeper intimacy with Jesus. But now, there’s a new layer. I’m also creating devotionals especially with children in mind, so that families can grow together in relationship with the Holy Spirit. Whether you're a parent, teacher, or mentor, I pray these new offerings will bless the children in your life—and you, too.

So keep an eye on your inbox… The next email you receive from me will unveil the brand-new Heart Fire Studio website! I can't wait to share it with you.

Let the celebration begin!

Zimbabwe Follow Up

I’m excited to share with you the fruit God is producing from the seeds sown in Zimbabwe.

The resident missionaries continue to minister in Jesus’ name weekly at the mine and the neighboring farm. Recently, four men from another mine joined because they “wanted to hear about Jesus.” Praise God!

The farm workers were thrilled to be gifted Bibles in the local language. They started . . .
